Time is somewhat irrelevant at the moment
The movement of the sun has proved to only numb
my senses,
and so it passes to the moon
and yet here i still stand
unable to stir a movement
unable to stir a ghost,
and yet here i still stand
waiting for the passing of the guard
to come this way.
I was sent a link to represent the island of Jeu-Jeu, located in the waters off of south korea. Apparently there are oreums to climb and "there mountains for tobaganing
orange orchards, small restaurants,it's good times". My friend introduced me to an artist who was inspired by the landscape of Jeu-Jeu. His portrayal of the island differed from what many viewed gorgeous. He often perfected his shots that a hold note against the beauty within the dreary.

Kim Young Gap; I liked this line the most when describing his mission.
" He waited until there was no more beauty left for Jeju to give and then he would take his picture."

Today was a simple retreating from the daunting task of realizing reality. I went to one of my favorite spaces; la bibliotecque nationalle. I picked up "The run also rises" with the intention of escaping the beginnings of a montreal winter. Finding my solitude in a past filled with cafes, pernod and loads of fiestas. I left feeling excited and gitty for what awaited me. I had a feeling of being mischevious, not like breaking fragile items but more in the sense of stepping out of my everyday routine. I took advantage of my latest necessary purchase of my Opus pass.
I feel like it provides me with a access to a secret underground world that always makes you feel like your going through menopause. I played around in the studio, I've been entertaining the idea of playing with black&white photography, maximizing on shadows and contrast. I like the results they are very simple and crisp. Many more photoshoots to come.
I am currently listening to a delicious rendition of "Light my fire" by Mr.Magical himself, Stevie WOnder. It seems i have come across some prime good stuff. "The album is entitled "My Cherie Amour" from goold old 1969. I can't imagine living in that year, so much social change was going on. I'm surprised the shifts did not create an earthquake.
Hibernation is in full effect
to the point that I don't know IF
i'll be able to handle staying in Montreal for say January-March
I've begun to contemplate stamping out my timecard till Spring comes around.
We'll see what goes down.
This is from the intro of "the sun also rises" I find it to speak universal truth.
One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth for ever. The sun also ariseth, and the sun goeth down, and hasteth to his place where he arose. The wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north; it whirleth about continually, and the wind returneth again according to his circuits........ All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is not full; unto the place from whence the rivers come, thither they return again.
